I bought this with the premium hog hair brush as I didn't want to potentially damage my sneakers with the harsher plastic brush (that comes with the kit, or so I've heard). So far it was been effective at removing all stains on shoe. I believe the hog hair brush is more than enough. You only need a few drops and it lathers quite nicely. You do have to reapply for different areas. At this rate, this bottle will last a very long time.
I have cleaned up several pairs with a single bottle, lifts most dirt from the fabric when using the correct brushes then a cold delicate machine wash in laundry bag for fresh kicks. Wish they had bigger bottles but a great product.
