Important notice regarding shipping to Western Australia

Unfortunately due to a combination of heavy rain, flooding and a recent train derailment Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delays delivering from our Sydney warehouse to Western Australia.

Over the last few weeks many packages have been heavily delayed or lost in transit due to the disruption in normal service.

We have received a notification from Australia Post that these delays are expected to continue and we have had to take the following actions:

  • Shipping of sneaker cases will be unavailable to Western Australia until we are able to find another provider who can deliver or until Australia Post recovers from this situation.
  • Shipping of any other orders (laces, dubraes and other accessories) have had an updated transit time of 1-2 weeks for our normal shipping (which includes our free shipping for orders over $30).
  • Our Auspost express service which is available for anything but sneaker cases remains relatively unaffected, with minimal delays.

We are working hard on a solution to get things back up and running for our loyal WA customers, we will be checking in with Australia Post daily and have already contacted multiple courier companies. 

We understand that many WA customers might want to take part in our Black Friday weekend sales and we don't want you to miss out. Register your email below and once services return to normal we will run a special sale for any impacted WA customers.
